The relationship between a man and a woman has always been pegged as one that is sexual. There are many that believe men and women can't actually be friends due to this sexual tension that comes between them. I personally believe this is false and which is why for this couple shot I chose to portray myself with man as friends.
A relationship with someone of the opposite sex does not need to be sexual. In society if two people of the opposite sex spend anytime together they are constantly badgered about whether they're dating or if they "like" each other. The story to this photo is myself and my friend escaping all this nonsense. Going to a place where we can just be ourselves with each other, with no pressure to be anything more than friends.

Karen: This is definitely an interesting take on the couple thing, and I like what you've done with it. Photowise, I'm not a fan of how the grass obscures some of the picture, but I love the pose and the outfit. Great work!
The "Down To Earth" Judge. Which is funny, given that I spend most of my days on other planets...

Amanda: I am kind of iffy on the pose, but it might just be the dress being overbearing like Karen said. I get the vibe that this is the guy you grew up with and just want to be friends with him. I also like your face and the setting is great. All-around, good work!
